Sharpening: Only diamond grinding wheel/disc can be used.
Parameter settings for tungsten steel blade:
Spindle speed: 500RPM
Circular knife speed: 0 (not rotating) -100RPM (Max. 100RPM)
[When the shaft speed exceeds 500RPM, the circular blade must be passive.
Because the tungsten steel blade is brittle, it is easy to break if it is not synchronized]
Three-stage speed setting for tungsten steel blade:
Contact speed: 7-8
Cutting speed: do not exceed 5
Tube cutting speed: do not exceed 5
