Features:
Ø Duplex rewind shaft turret exchange system
Ø Rewind driving unit: three-motor drive system: two rewind servo motors combined with the main one. Unwind and rewind tension isolation is done by main motor, so the finished product tension is stable with nice appearance.
Ø Rewind unit: rewind can work for both gap & lay-onmodes by adopting the trolley. Lay-on mode contactpressure is adjustable and gap mode can work for discontinuous winding, suitable for various materials.
Ø Electrical unit: LCD touch panel is used for setfing tension,length,etc.The control system adopts Siemens PLC tocontrol movements with self-detection function,so errorcan be detected automatically.
Ø Unwind unit: Customer can choose a connected feeding machine base to save space, or a separate feeding machine base with a larger feeding diameter, which increases the possibility of installing other devices in the space.
