BOPP Tape Production Process (For example: 48mm Wide × 50m Long )

1. Cutting Paper Cores

• Cut the paper core into 48mm widths.

2. Loading Paper Cores

• Place the 48mm paper cores onto the slitting machine’s rewind shafts.

3. Slitting & Rewinding

• Set the required parameters on the slitting machine touch screen.

• Begin the slitting and rewinding process to produce 50m-long BOPP tapes.

4. Unloading & Reloading

• Remove the finished 48mm × 50m BOPP tapes from the rewind shafts.

• Simultaneously, load new 48mm paper cores onto the rewind shafts for continuous production.

During production, defective tapes may occur. To minimize waste, we use the FR-200 mini rewinding machine to rewind and fix these tapes, ensuring only high-quality products are delivered.
