Feature of Four-shaft Tape Cutting Machine
| 1. Main driving part | Innomotics AC motor with inverter is utilized. |
| 2. Central control unit | Programmable central control is used and 55 sizes can be set on the same shaft for automatic roll cutting. |

| 4. Motor control system | The central control system is Mitsubishi PLC programmable controller. |
| 5. Cutting positioning system: | Cutting positioning is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor. The imported high precision ball screw is applied to set the size and the linear slide rail is used to bear the load of the cutter stand. |
| 6. Blade feeding positioning system | Blade feeding is controlled by Mitsubishi servo motor, and the cutting speed is adjustable in three stages. |
| 7. Auto angle adjustment of circular blade | Mitsubishi servo motor is used to calculate the circular blade angle and the angle change is subject to different materials (the angle change range is ±8°). |
| 8. Auto exchange device | Cam divider system is used to ensure fast & precise exchange; non-stop machine to save material loading & unloading time and improve efficiency. |

1. Can the automatic sharpener be installed on this machine?
No, only single-shaft cutting machines can be equipped with an automatic sharpening device.
2. What is the maximum blade and shaft rotation speed?
The standard machine has a maximum speed of 1,500 rpm.
3. What is the warranty period?
We offer a one-year warranty. If any parts, including the motor, inverter, or PLC, fail within one year, we will provide a free replacement. However, easily worn parts such as the circular blade, sensor, and PE tube are not covered. Note: We provide lifetime support—even after the warranty period, we are always available to assist you.
4. What should I do if an issue occurs?
Our machine features an automatic error detection system. If an issue arises, check the alarm page on the touch screen and provide us with the alarm code. Our team will promptly respond and help resolve the issue.
